All outputs of the Service are educational reference material only and do not constitute legal advice, customs brokerage services, CBP-binding determinations, or professional trade compliance advice of any kind.

USTradeStack is NOT a licensed customs broker and does NOT provide customs brokerage services. The Service does not perform customs clearance, file entry documents with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), or act as your agent in any customs transaction.
All tariff classifications, duty estimates, HTS codes, compliance information, and other outputs generated by the Service are educational reference material only. These outputs:
CUSTOMS BROKER LICENSING NOTICE — 19 U.S.C. §1641 / 19 CFR Part 111
Under federal law, only persons holding a valid customs broker license issued by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) may transact customs business on behalf of importers and exporters. "Customs business" includes providing tariff classification advice, HTS code determinations, duty rate guidance, and import entry preparation.
USTradeStack (operated by Steeled Inc.) is NOT a licensed customs broker and does NOT hold a customs broker license issued by CBP under 19 U.S.C. §1641 and 19 CFR Part 111. The Company does not provide customs brokerage services and does not act as a licensed customs broker.
Incorrect tariff classification may result in: (a) underpayment of duties leading to civil penalties up to 20% of the dutiable value or four times the unpaid duties (19 U.S.C. §1592); (b) criminal penalties including fines and imprisonment for fraudulent underpayment (19 U.S.C. §1593); and (c) seizure and forfeiture of imported goods. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all import and export activities comply with applicable law, including obtaining determinations from a licensed customs broker or CBP.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate classification suggestions and other outputs. AI-generated content may contain errors, hallucinations, outdated information, or incorrect classifications. The Company makes no representation that AI-generated outputs are accurate, complete, or current. See our AI Disclaimer for detailed information on the limitations of AI-generated content.
Any sanctions-related information provided by the Service is for reference only. USTradeStack does NOT perform OFAC screening and cannot confirm OFAC compliance. You must independently verify all sanctions compliance obligations using the official OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List at sanctionssearch.ofac.treas.gov. Failure to comply with OFAC regulations may result in significant civil and criminal penalties.
Subject to these Terms, you may use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Permitted uses include:

The Service and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Service, except as expressly permitted.
By submitting product descriptions, queries, or other information to the Service ("User Content"), you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, process, and analyze your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any applicable laws, infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, or contain confidential information that you are not authorized to disclose.
Do not submit confidential, classified, export-controlled, or otherwise restricted information to the Service.
Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy or as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time upon reasonable notice.
If any payment is declined or reversed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to paid features of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR COMPLETENESS.

CBP has final and exclusive authority over tariff classifications and duty determinations. No output of the Service binds CBP or constitutes a CBP ruling.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
IN ANY CASE, THE COMPANY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).

You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
Waiver of Class Actions: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
