How We Protect Your Data
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for data in transit, and our infrastructure provider (Render) maintains physical and network security controls. Product descriptions and trade data you enter is processed in memory and not stored persistently beyond the session unless you purchase a report, in which case it is stored in our database as part of your report history.
AI processing is handled via OpenAI's API. Your product and supplier data is not used to train OpenAI models.
Data Retention
We retain account information and report data for as long as your account is active and for up to 24 months after account closure. Usage logs and analytics are retained for up to 13 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@ustradestack.ai.
Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
- OpenAI — for AI classification and analysis. Data is processed under OpenAI's API data handling terms.
- Polsia — our parent company, which operates our infrastructure and support systems.
- Law enforcement — if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
