They do not constitute legal advice, customs guidance, or professional trade compliance services. You assume all risk when relying on AI-generated output.
1. About USTradeStack
USTradeStack provides AI-powered tariff classification, landed cost calculation, supplier compliance screening, and trade compliance analysis tools for importers and trade professionals. Our platform is designed as a research and analysis aid, not a replacement for licensed customs brokers or trade attorneys.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Platform. By using USTradeStack, you represent that you meet these requirements. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Paid Services
Some features of USTradeStack require payment, including:
- HTS Classification Report — $29 per report
- Landed Cost Analysis — $49 per report
- Trade Agreement Qualification — $79 per report
- Supplier Risk Assessment — $99 per report
- Compliance Audit Report — $199 per report
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds for paid reports are at our discretion; if you experience a technical failure generating your report, contact support@ustradestack.ai for a resolution.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable trade laws or export controls
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying data, models, or proprietary information in the Platform
- Use automated tools to access the Platform in a manner that interferes with service for other users
- Represent AI-generated classifications as binding customs advice or submit them directly to CBP without broker review
- Use the Platform to facilitate import of goods prohibited by U.S. law
5. AI Accuracy and Disclaimers
USTradeStack's AI tools produce results based on pattern recognition, publicly available tariff data, and published trade regulations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated output. Tariff classifications, duty rate estimates, and compliance assessments from our Platform must be reviewed and verified by a qualified professional before use in any official customs filing, import entry, or government submission.
Section 301 and IEEPA tariff rates change frequently. The AI may not reflect the most recent rate adjustments, exclusion decisions, or product-specific mitigations. Always verify current rates directly from official U.S. government sources.
6. Intellectual Property
USTradeStack retains all intellectual property rights in the Platform, its design, and its underlying technology. You retain ownership of the data you submit through the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your product descriptions, supplier information, or trade data. AI-generated reports produced through paid services are generated for your use and may be shared within your organization.
7. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party services including OpenAI (for AI processing), Stripe (for payments), and Google Search Console (for analytics). These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, USTRADESTACK AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO AI-GENERATED RESULTS, DECISIONS MADE BASED ON PLATFORM OUTPUT, OR RELIANCE ON PLATFORM DATA FOR CUSTOMS FILINGS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless USTradeStack, its parent company Polsia, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your reliance on AI output without proper professional verification.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms other users or the integrity of our service. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@ustradestack.ai.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Delaware.
